These Terms of Use govern access to ICT+, innerct.com, and digital services provided by ICT Holdings, LLC (“ICT,” “we,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the services, you agree to the applicable terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the services.
ICT+ provides structured educational resources and opportunities to practice observation, personal responsibility, behavioral correction, and consistency.
ICT+ is not a medical or mental-health treatment service, crisis-response service, or substitute for licensed professional advice.
Participating in ICT+ does not guarantee personal transformation, behavioral stability, certification, employment, or any particular outcome.
Certain ICT+ features require an account.
You agree to provide accurate registration information, protect your account credentials, and use the service lawfully.
Participation in formation activities is voluntary.
ICT distinguishes between:
These categories are not interchangeable.
Creating an account does not automatically establish student enrollment.
Purchasing educational resources does not automatically establish student enrollment, program completion, a badge, certification, or independent verification.
ICT+ may provide lessons, reflection exercises, daily instruments, accountability tools, and structured educational tracks.
Participants are responsible for submitting truthful information and representing their activities accurately.
Completion of an exercise is not necessarily completion of a formation phase.
Formation progression, where available, is governed by the applicable program requirements.
No participant should manufacture evidence, claim unearned status, or represent informal accountability as independent ICT verification.
The Stability Bundle is a one-time digital educational purchase offered at the price displayed during checkout.
The currently established base price is $19.99, excluding applicable taxes.
The Bundle provides the educational resources identified in its product description.
Following confirmed purchase and successful account entitlement, the purchaser receives access through My Bundle.
Purchases do not automatically grant access to features or portals that have not been released or are not expressly included in the purchased offer.
Purchased Bundle access is intended to remain available without an additional recurring payment or a predefined expiration date, subject to the terms of the purchase and continued service availability.
Users should be able to retrieve their purchased resources through My Bundle without relying on a fulfillment email each time.
Temporary maintenance, technical interruptions, lawful account restrictions, or circumstances affecting the continued operation of the service may affect access.
ICT will address access problems through its support process and honor applicable consumer rights.
Digital educational product sales are final and non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
The refund policy must be clearly disclosed before purchase.
If you experience an incorrect charge, duplicate payment, failure to receive purchased access, or another transaction problem, contact: mackenzie@innerct.com
ICT will review the transaction and provide a remedy when required by law or otherwise approved.
ICT retains applicable rights in its original educational materials, names, designs, and content.
A purchased digital product grants the purchaser a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for the permitted purpose.
Unless ICT expressly authorizes otherwise, users may not:
Copies needed for authorized personal use and uses permitted by applicable law are not prohibited by this provision.
Circles provides an opportunity for voluntary community participation.
Users must not publish unlawful, threatening, harassing, deceptive, or unauthorized confidential content.
Users must not impersonate ICT personnel, misrepresent verification status, or falsely claim institutional authority.
ICT may moderate or remove content and restrict access when reasonably necessary to enforce these standards, protect other users, or comply with law.
ICT+ may allow users to create, save, revise, complete, delete, restore, and submit formation instruments.
A saved draft is not a submitted institutional record.
Submission requires an available authorized receiving process and the applicable permissions.
Submitted records may be subject to documented retention, correction, and review procedures.
The availability of an instrument does not guarantee eligibility for an Observer Portal or other restricted institutional process.
ICT educational programs and independent verification processes are separate.
No individual becomes independently verified merely by creating an account, purchasing a Bundle, receiving a badge, or completing an educational exercise.
Any formal verification must follow the applicable authorized procedures and evidentiary requirements.
Users must not interfere with service operations, attempt unauthorized access, misuse another person’s information, or submit deliberately falsified institutional records.
ICT may reasonably restrict access for serious violations, subject to applicable law and consumer rights.
ICT may improve, maintain, or update its services.
Not every planned feature described on a Roadmap is currently available.
Where changes materially affect purchased rights, ICT will address its obligations under the purchase terms and applicable law.
Use of ICT+ is also governed by the Privacy Policy.
Personal formation records should not be treated as public merely because a participant has created them.
Users should not include unnecessary confidential information about other people in their records.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.
These Terms are intended to be interpreted under applicable Connecticut and United States law, subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply elsewhere.
ICT may revise these Terms when its services, institutional requirements, or legal obligations change.
The current version and its effective date will be made available through the service.
Material changes will be communicated when legally required.
