01 / WHO WE ARE

Inner Combat Training.

Inner Combat Training, or ICT, is the conditioning of behavioral stability over time and under pressure.

Our work focuses on helping people become more aware of their decisions, recognize recurring patterns, understand where their behavior may be drifting, and practice responsible correction.

ICT provides educational environments and structured processes intended to support personal formation, self-governance, maturity, and responsibility.

The objective is not to produce perfect people. It is to support the ongoing development of people who can observe themselves honestly, act responsibly, and sustain meaningful practice as circumstances change.

See clearly. Understand honestly. Practice intentionally.

02 / OUR PURPOSE

Developing stability that lasts beyond the moment.

Motivation can help someone begin. But lasting behavioral development requires more than a strong beginning.

Life changes. Responsibilities increase. Pressure arrives. Decisions become more consequential.

ICT exists to provide educational structures that support the development and maintenance of behavioral stability through those changing conditions.

Through observation, reflection, practice, correction, accountability, and continued learning, participants can build a more accurate understanding of their behavior and the responsibilities connected to it.

See your patterns.

Recognize what repeatedly occurs in your decisions, habits, reactions, and responses.

Understand your drift.

Identify when behavior begins moving away from what you know is right, necessary, or required.

Practice correction and recovery.

Develop the habit of responding intentionally, making adjustments, and continuing after setbacks.

03 / OUR APPROACH

See. Practice. Understand.

Formation begins with honest participation.

ICT’s educational approach introduces structured learning, practical instruments, personal reflection, and opportunities for accountability.

Participants can begin with the resources appropriate to their current stage and continue developing through consistent practice.

  1. Orientation

Understand the purpose of the environment, the responsibilities of participation, and where to begin.

  2. Learning

Engage with structured educational material addressing behavior, responsibility, and personal development.

  3. Practice

Use available instruments to observe decisions, recognize patterns, document corrections, and develop consistency.

  4. Continuation

Review what the experience demonstrates, identify what requires further work, and continue practicing over time.

Progress is not established by intention alone. What matters is what is practiced, maintained, and honestly recorded.

06 / THE FOUNDER

Built from personal practice.

Mackenzie E. Frazer, Founder and President of ICT Holdings, LLC

Mackenzie E. Frazer

Founder & President, ICT Holdings, LLC

ICT Holdings was founded from a continuing interest in behavioral stability, responsible decision-making, personal maturity, and the development of structures that help people govern themselves more intentionally.

The Founder has approached this work through sustained personal observation, practical discipline, and the development of an institutional framework intended to support others in their own formation.

The work remains personal, but its purpose extends beyond one individual’s experience.

“The work is personal.”

The Founder’s personal practice is self-reported. Personal experience, institutional operational evidence, and independently verified findings are distinct categories.

07 / INSTITUTIONAL DEVELOPMENT

Built deliberately. Governed responsibly.

ICT Holdings was established in Connecticut in January 2026.

Formal operations and the institution’s initial fiscal period began in October 2026.

ICT continues developing its public educational environments, operational processes, institutional documentation, and systems of accountability.

As the institution advances, it intends to distinguish clearly between work that has been completed, initiatives still in development, and outcomes supported by documented evidence.

Looking Ahead
Continued platform refinement, voluntary participation, institutional engagement, and responsible reporting.

Educational participation, commercial transactions, operational milestones, and independent verification are separate categories of evidence. Participation or purchasing does not itself constitute certification or verified behavioral stability.

08 / OUR COMMITMENT

Strong institutions don’t rise quickly. They rise correctly.

ICT’s commitment is to develop responsibly, preserve the integrity of its educational environments, communicate accurately, and avoid claiming outcomes beyond what available evidence can establish.

The institution’s continuing responsibility is not simply to grow, but to remain accountable for how it grows.

Enter honestly. Build slowly. Correct quickly. Sustain patiently.

09 / YOUR NEXT STEP

Start where you are.

You do not need a perfect record, a complete understanding of the system, or a particular level of personal development to begin learning.

ICT+ is designed to meet people where they are and provide an environment in which they can begin, practice, and continue intentionally.

Your formation is personal. Your pace should be intentional.

Student entry is free. Additional educational resources and participation pathways may have separate terms and requirements.
